6. Treat Any Allergies That You Have
Allergies, just as having a cold or the flu, can cause extra mucus build up and congestion – and therefore the restriction of your airways. What does this mean? An increased chance of snoring due to a stuffy nose and blocked airways.
If you feel like you might have an allergy, try getting something that can help you treat this. You may be prescribed antihistamine or any other medication for allergies, which could be a great way to clear your congestion and therefore decrease the frustration that snoring can cause!
