Walking is one of the best exercises to help you lose weight, because it’s one of the easiest. Just taking a walk around the block can help you burn a lot more calories than you think. Walking is also free, you can walk anywhere, anytime. You don’t need any special shoes or equipment.

Dance can be one of the best workouts for you. While you’re leaping around performing your routine, you’ll be burning calories. You don’t have to be a good dancer to lose weight dancing. Though it may not be the choice for you if you’re easily embarrassed.

Jumping Rope is great for your stamina and losing weight from your tummy and your legs. Jumping rope doesn’t just help you lose weight though, it also improves hand eye coordination. The only thing you need to jump rope is the rope and some shoes. It’s one of the cheapest exercises you can do and also one of the best.

Whatever you do, make sure you don’t do it barefoot. The high impact of jumping can be painful for your heels and whacking your toes with the rope hurts even more.

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is just that. A high-intensity training program. The idea is that you give 100% everything you have in short bursts, like a few minutes at a time. After you have done your short burst there is a small recovery period right before you do another burst. It can be very tiring and leaving you feeling sore and drained very quickly.

HIIT training raises your heart rate drastically, it burns weight much faster than other exercises but it’s not for everyone.

Boxing is the number 1 best exercise for losing weight. It’s uses your whole body and is the most intense workout. It’s good for stamina, strength and hand eye coordination. You don’t have to box against people though, shadow boxing or against a punching bag is almost as good.
