Skipping breakfast usually depends on whether you hit that snooze button or not. Your body undergoes fasting as you sleep. That is why the word breakfast even came into existence. You eat breakfast to break the fasting your body was doing during the night. However, not everyone has enough energy to prepare a meal in the morning, so they usually skip it altogether.

Many people skip breakfast, but it is also the first meal that helps you power through the day. Eating a healthy breakfast does not necessarily have to be stressful. If you plan properly, you can even have breakfast ready to go. You can prepare the ingredients the night before or even prepare a sandwich that will ultimately lessen the stress in the morning. But if you are not the kind of person who does not want to eat solid foods in the morning, you can have a fruit juice or a smoothie. All you have to do is throw all the ingredients in the blender, and you already have breakfast on the go.
